Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on sales items.
Retail Therapy accepts returns within 7 days of the receipt of your package. We will gladly accept returns of unworn or unwashed merchandise. Please note that all tags must be attached. Refunds, minus the shipping charge of the item(s), will only made in the form of store credit, to be used for your next purchase at www.needretailtherapy.com. www.needretailtherapy.com operates independently of our retail locations and purchases made online cannot be exchanged or returned at our retail stores.
To request a refund, please follow the steps below.
1. Within 7 days of receiving your order, send an email to "Returns" using the form on our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your order number and the item you would like to return. If we do not receive an email from you prior to receiving your return, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed in a timely manner.
2. You will receive an email from Retail Therapy within 48 hours confirming receipt of your return request.
3. Pack your return with a copy of the order and if possible, the original packaging. Be sure to ship your return package via a carrier that requires recipient's signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are left outside by the shipper, as we will not be able to confirm that the package has been received by a Retail Therapy representative.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. The next time you log onto Retail Therapy, you will see the amount available at the bottom of the left hand column. This amount can be applied to your next order at www.needretailtherapy.com.
