Yes, we accept returns within 7 days and we can offer you website credit if the item is returned in the original condition. Please see the Returns page for more details. Please note: you can't return website purchases directly to the boutique.

We currently accept payment through Paypal, which allows you to use your existing account to make a payment. Paypal processes payments using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and online checks (takes 3- 5 days

We receive pieces from closeouts from various boutiques and sample pieces from designers. We also carry collections from up and coming designers. Some are one of a kind pieces and other are pieces from current collections. We personally pick out pieces that we think will be a staple in any closet.
Yes, all items are brand new. Some items may be missing paper tags or the cloth tags attached to the clothing. If this is the case, it will be mentioned in the description.
Sales tax is charged only to states where needretailthreapy.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California.
